Onboarding Steps for Priority Life Insurance

Step 2: HCMS Access: On-boarding

Your FFL Agent Record needs to be created by an administrator. Once you have access to your account, you can request onboarding.

Step 3: Request carriers

Use SuranceBay to request Americo, Mutual of Omaha, AIG, and John Hancock. You MUST have your FFL Agent record created first!!

Step 4: Complete Playbook

Basic training for Family First Life agents! Start your training with the FFL Playbook, and never stop training!

Step 5: CRM Access: Leads

Your Family First Life portal needs to be created by an administer. This is where you will order your leads and manage your clients.

Step 6: Schedule a welcome session

We gave you a lot of things to do! Let’s make sure everything looks good.

Steps: For Health Agents ONLY

Health Sherpa: is used to group all Your ACA carriers together on a single platform to better aid in quoting and enrolling your clients.

 

 

Medicare Center: Is used for quoting and enrolling clients with Medicare. This platform also allows  you to group all carriers on a single platform.

 

 

 

Step 1: FFM/AHIP Certification 

  1. Once you completed the invitation to contract emails then you will receive a producer number from each of the carriers you decided to contract with.           
  2. If you are new to the ACA market and you wish to assist clients on the exchange, then you need to become Federal Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) certified.  Here is the portal to where you will complete your FFM
